Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Silvercorner. We run silvercorner.pro, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, protect, and share information when you use our site. We're here to help you understand what happens with your data and how we use it to make our Service better. When you use Silvercorner, you're agreeing to this policy. If anything isn't clear here, check out our Terms and Conditions—they work together with this policy to cover everything about how you interact with us.

2. Definitions

SERVICE is silvercorner.pro and everything we operate there. PERSONAL DATA means information about someone living that could identify them. USAGE DATA is stuff we collect automatically—like how long you spend on a page or what happens when you use our site. COOKIES are little files that sit on your device. DATA CONTROLLER is the person or organization that decides what happens with your data and how it gets used. We're the controller of your information. DATA PROCESSORS or SERVICE PROVIDERS are people or companies that process data on our behalf. Sometimes we bring in outside help to handle your information. DATA SUBJECT is just a living person whose data we have. THE USER is you—the person using our Service.

3. Information Collection and Use

We collect different types of information so we can run and improve what we offer.

4. Types of Data Collected

Personal Data. We might ask you for details we can use to reach or identify you. This could include your email, first and last name, phone number, or address (country, state, province, postal code, city). We use this stuff to send you newsletters, marketing materials, or things we think you'd care about. You can always unsubscribe if you want to stop hearing from us. Usage Data. Your browser tells us things when you visit—your IP address, what kind of browser you're using, which pages you look at, when you visit, how long you stay, and unique device identifiers. If you're on a phone or tablet, we get similar info about your device type, operating system, and browser. Tracking Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and tracking tools to see what's happening on our site and remember things about you. These are small data files, sometimes with a unique ID. Your browser stores them. We also use beacons, tags, and scripts. You can tell your browser to block cookies, but that might break some features. Session Cookies help us run the site. Preference Cookies remember what you like. Security Cookies protect your account. Advertising Cookies show you ads that might interest you. Other Data. Depending on how you work with us, we might collect gender, age, birth date, birthplace, passport details, citizenship, residence registration, phone numbers, education records, job qualifications, employment agreements, NDAs, bonus and compensation info, marital status, family details, social security numbers, office location, and similar information.

5. Use of Data

We use what you give us to keep the Service running, notify you when things change, let you join in on interactive features, and support you when you need help. We analyze usage patterns so we can make improvements and catch technical problems early. We also use your data to fulfill contracts, send you account and billing notices, and share news about offers and services similar to ones you've already bought or asked about—unless you've told us not to. And if you give us permission, we might use it for other reasons you've approved.

6. Retention of Data

We keep your data only as long as we need it. If the law tells us to hold onto something, or if we need it to settle disputes or enforce agreements, we will. Usage data usually sticks around for a shorter time, but if it helps secure the Service or improve how it works, or if we're legally required to keep it, we might hang onto it longer.

7. Transfer of Data

Your information might get moved to computers outside your area. If you're outside Canada and you share data with us, just know we transfer it there to process it. By using the site and sending us info, you're okay with that. We'll take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays secure and is handled according to this policy. We won't transfer it anywhere unless there are proper safeguards in place.

8. Disclosure of Data

We might share your information if the law requires it or if a government agency asks. If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data might be transferred as part of that. We also share with our subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, and service providers who help us run things. We'll share to fulfill what you asked for, to put your company logo on our site if you request it, or if we believe it's necessary to protect rights, property, or safety. And if you say it's okay, we can share in other ways too.

9. Security of Data

Your data matters to us, but nothing online is completely foolproof. We use standard security methods, though we can't guarantee absolute protection.

10. Your Data Protection Rights Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you live in the EU or EEA, GDPR gives you certain rights. We try to let you fix, update, delete, or limit how we use your data. Want to know what we have on file about you or ask us to delete it? Email info@silvercorner.pro. You can request access to your information, get it corrected if it's wrong, object to how we process it, ask us to limit what we do with it, or get a copy in a format you can use elsewhere. You can also withdraw permission anytime if we're processing based on your consent. Before we respond, we might ask you to verify who you are. Keep in mind that some data is necessary to use the Service. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA was the first state law requiring websites to post privacy policies. It applies to pretty much anyone in the US (and beyond) running a website that collects info from California residents. We agree to keep our policy visible on our site, tell you what we're collecting and who we're sharing it with. You can browse anonymously. Our Privacy Policy link shows the word "Privacy" and is easy to find on the homepage. We'll notify you on this page if the policy changes. You can update your personal information by emailing info@silvercorner.pro. We respect Do Not Track signals—if your browser sends one, we won't track you, set cookies, or show ads. You can turn Do Not Track on or off in your browser settings.

12. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what we collect, ask us to delete it, and tell us not to sell or share it. You can ask what personal info we have about you, including the categories of data, where it came from, why we collect it, and who we've shared it with. You're also entitled to ask us twice in twelve months. We can only give you info from the previous year. You can request deletion, and we'll remove what we have unless we legally need to keep it or it needs to stay for a business reason. Deleting your info might mean you can't use certain features. We don't sell or rent your data for money. However, sharing it with partners or other parts of our company without payment might count as a sale under California law. You can ask us to stop. If you tell us to delete or stop sharing your data, it might affect your experience and you may not be able to use some programs. But we won't punish you for exercising these rights. Email info@silvercorner.pro to make a request. The CCPA went into effect January 1, 2020. Check the California Legislative Information website for more details.

13. Service Providers

We work with third-party companies and people to help run the site, provide features, and figure out how things are being used. They only see your data to do their job and can't share it or use it for anything else.

14. Analytics

We bring in outside companies to track how people use our Service.

15. CI/CD tools

Third-party providers help us automate how we develop and update the site.

16. Behavioural Re-marketing

We work with partners to show you ads on other websites based on what you've looked at on ours. We use cookies to figure out what ads might work best for you.

17. Links to Other Sites

Our site links to places we don't run. When you click one, you're heading somewhere else. We strongly suggest reading their privacy policy. We can't control what they do or take responsibility for it.

18. Children's Privacy

Our Service isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from kids that age. If you find out a child gave us their details, let us know. We'll remove it right away.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We might update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and probably email you or put a notice on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top will show when it was last updated. Check back now and then to stay in the loop.
